The client asked us for a house that felt fresh and modern, and that took advantage of a large front patio and the greenery that surrounds it. Also, a house that would be attractive for vacation rentals…

The result was Casa Fresca – or Fresh House -, a contemporary architecture project that incorporates greenery, art, and of course, plenty of natural light and ventilation. Its huge master bedroom has a large terrace to enjoy the trees and the view, and all its spaces have windows that blur the borders between what is outside and what is inside.
