Architecture: project design

The concept design (or preliminary desgin) is the phase of design where we interpret your vision on the project’s architectural design. We also study the environmental and regulatory factors that apply specifically to your project.

During the concept design process, you will be able to see your project through renderings and we will make adjustments according to your wants and needs.

Construction plans are where the project is technically developed. During this phase, you can relax, while Architect Rudin coordinates and breaks down all the details of your project with her interdisciplinary team.

The result will be the set of architectural plans, structural plans and electromechanical plans necessary for the permit procedures and the construction of the work.
