We have two options:

Turnkey

Once the design is set, we define a total cost and a project execution period.

At the end of the established term, you will receive the completed project, down to the last nail. This is the stress-free option, and it is perfect for the owner who is based elsewhere.

Management service

Instead of purchasing a final product – for example, your turnkey house – you would purchase the management service. This allows you to get more involved in the construction process.

At Rudin Architecture and Construction, as construction managers, we make the best use of the budget and we ensure the quality of the construction without neglecting the calendar dates and the special needs of the client.

Prior to the start of construction, an investment amount is defined by the project administration according to the scope of the work. This investment for construction management will tend to vary proportionally to changes in the scope of the project.
