Our clients wanted to live together but independently. Thus, they decided to build a couple of apartments in a beautiful lot with views over the river canyon.

The house looks like a single unit but there is an apartment on each story. Each apartment has its own private patio – while one enjoys the backyard, the other takes advantage of the central patio and canyon views.

This project was inspired by simple lines, modern aesthetics and highly functional spaces.
